This app is terrible. Not user friendly at all. Difficult to navigate. Tried to update my info and as soon as I click on something, it goes back to the login screen every time. Might want to look into that admin! I see alot of low rated reviews.

I love the app but it does not show me my comparisons to my neighbors. Also when I try to put in my square footage and amount of bedrooms I have to make sure I'm on the right plan for me it kicks me out of the system. Other than that the App is great..

This app is not okay at all. It shows my deposit is due in 2016 when I just became a customer less than a month and a half ago. The app won't show me my current bill nor will it show me my usage or anything I request or try to view.

I don't know what is going on lately, but I've been with Direct Energy for years and never had a problem like this before. But everyone I tried to log in, I'm able to log in and when I click on view my bill I can't and it's so irritated 😤and upsetting 😒. I don't want to change services because I like Direct energy but if this continues that is exactly what I'm going to do.

Loved this app . Just got off the phone with customer service. Did everything they said to do and still can't track my usage?!?!? Very disappointed 😞

I do not know how they havent fix the issues on the app that everyone has been posting. However after reading the reviews and using the app myself, the app only works for paying the the bill when the bill finally generates. You cannot see your monthly usage, you cannot generate your billing statement and you cannot compare to your previous month's or see your payment history. My wife has an iPhone and we've used the app side by side and it is the same issues.
