About this app

This app lets you list your Dukan on our platform so that your nearby customers can see your online Dukaan and thus can order from you online.

The orders you receive from your nearby customers are in form of parcha .
A parcha is a plain text containing items that someone wants.

This app lets you see the order that users make from the Parcha-Customers app.
On the Parcha Customers app users will see the Shops that are registered and are near to their location (shops under 1.5 km)

Before a dukaan is live on our platform it needs to be verified. So after you register you shop will go into verification process. After it is verified your dukan will be live to your nearby customers.

Orders are of 2 types
Delivery Order & Pickup Orders

Delivery Orders can be given only when you have opted your shop to give home delivery.
------Pickup orders are when a customer send your their shopping list beforehand so that by the time he reaches your shop you have already taken out the items he/she wants.---------

------Delivery orders are when you will have to give home delivery to your customers, you can specify a delivery charge. Since this app shows only people whiten 1.5 km from your shop, you have to at max give delivery o someone 1.5 km away form you. ------------
Dukaan/Shops have option to report their users if they send in-appropriate orders.
