App has consistently been touchy with glitches. Updates are necessary but only fix the problem temporarily. Have yet to see this app work ideally for any real length of time. I see they've now proudly placed an add on my map so I can "inadvertently" click it only to take me to their not so useful website. If we already subscribe to the service, why the advertisement on the map of all places?

App interface is annoying to navigate and periodically fails due to software issues of which the only fix is uninstall and reinstall. App also has connection problems when traveling makeing it useless, unless stationary while connected to a decent quality unmetered internet connection.

Complete garbage! Non stop bugs. The reps never call back. Customer service is non existant. It has quadrupled the time it takes to enter time and receipts over other programs. Everyone at the company I work at hates it.

App will not load on Galaxy tab E. Getting a message that says: Your device isn't compatible with this version. Was still able to load as of Friday 2/7.
