Using BlueStacks

What I don't like about the desk android app is, this app doesn't keep you online. One should login through desktop browser to be online.

I discover new functions every single day in this app. ZohoDesk specifically focuses on how to increase the level of customer service you can provide, because due to the software's robust workflows and templates to make the administrative part of ticketing so much more efficient. I'm not paid, I have just worked in the front end tech support sector with a lot of different systems and I love this product. their support is great too.
