If you can add the filter to check the chats dates wise it will improve the situation in a very major way.

With this version it's hit and miss on whether i can pull up a missed chat. Some pull up as expectwd, and others it just spins indefinitely, forcing you to give up and back out of the chat details. This version follows a major update on the salesiq portal so i'm sure there's some sifting to be done. Desktop web portal works just fine, and the last time there was a major salesiq remodel, the android app had the same issue. It was eventually resolved and this time i'm sure it will as well.

The app is getting worse after each update! Can't you simply test the app after updating it and putting on this platform? Are you really serious about this business or not? User interface is completely pathetic and very hard to operate. You can't even tap and open a chat on your screen so what's the use? The app is lagging a lot. Some serious and experienced developer must look after this. I wish I could give you 0 star.

There are lot of bugs in version 2.1.0 of sales iq android app. I am browsing my website from a pc. So when i track myself using sales iq on mobile then i can see that "Current Page" status keep changing as i browse but "Foot Path" doesnt change. It remains the same as Landing Page

Its been a month I've complain that app is crashing while chat but till now no action is taken I already reach to suport team they said we will get back to you but no responce
