Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Zoho CRM - Sales & Marketing on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. App is not at all intuitive. The Android phone app won't even allow the ability to copy & paste from the notes section. Tapping on the phone number in the contact section doesn't pull up the contact's number. I can't even copy & paste the phone number in the Android app. I have to click edit & use that screen to copy & paste. Absolutely ridiculous

I'm looking at my tasks right now in both mobile and web browser, and the mobile app shows me the tasks I had in Jan 2020. Same module, same list, same criteria. What the hell is this?!?

The app is very clumsy in way of just getting up & running with basic things like scheduling... video tutorials would be nice.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
