Great app for a handyman with ADD! After nearly a year, I'm still learning more that this app can do for my business. It's really great for tracking the minutia of a variety of projects, both small and large. I love how simple it is to generate an invoice on a moment's notice or track receivables at a glance. Given the start / stop nature of my work (and my brain), I find the onboard timer a little too basic to cope with my needs, so I use another tracker for that. Also, the lack of offline access to any of the app's basic functions can make for a frustratingly slow experience in simple tasks when cell signal is bad or data is throttled. Even so, I have yet to find its equal in suiting my particular needs.

I struggle with this app because it's almost like I'm using a paper-based system! Sometimes the team gets the UI correct, and that's great, but it usually isn't that way. Examples: You can't sort customers and find the one with the highest balance. Secondly, hyperlinking data isn't ubiquitous. (Customer details -> activities list -> click on an invoice...nothing!) Can't add comments on customer in app. An app on smartphone which takes calls from customers...and I can't add comments?!

Not user friendly. Customer service seems helpful, but also clueless about how clunky the software is. None of the apps talk with each other automatically. You have to tediously integrate them (doesn't always work), then you have to enter & re-enter info that was entered in one app, but was erased when migrated to a diff. app. Zoho is supposed to save time but I've spent hours in useless sessions with help desk to end up spending more hours figuring it out on my own. VERY FRUSTRATING!

using it for our residency expense management. thanks for the awesome product. A small feature request for the free version: There should be an option to view only user role for all accounts except customer balances. currently there is a one but that provides edit access which is unsafe for my usage. someone can knowingly or unknowingly update the transaction.

I need to attend a course to be able to properly use this software solution. Please prepare one and provide a link for me so I can attend it soon and start using the software to its fullest potential. Also in web app no option to import BILLS OF SUPPLY when business is not registered under gst. Asked customer care for help but did ñot get any. No option to add bank accounts on mobile app. Not able to record expenses when offline.

hi zoho your app is good but its need more features inside customer portal. where 1)customer able see products from available inventory with selling price like ecommerce website and able to put order according to its requirements which make faster b2b transactions. 2)marketing staff able to see available inventory stock while taking the orders. 3) seller should be able to add offer rewards discounts according to his calculations.4)give high end authentication for b2b items price should not leak
