- Received SMS notification with tracking number but without a link to tracking page or app at 14:54; sitting at home since (5 hours). - No way to track the parcel, support answering machine told me to call them later and hung up on me. Not sure who's the product manager but you guys should tell him to at least make sure information on the website isn't misleading and features in backlog are not presented as working features.
