Amazing!! The app is well organized and the costumer support is super nice and super helpful. It saves you so much time when searching for an item on sale and it notifies you if an item you've been looking for is back in stock or on sale. I really recommend!!

I ordered over 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for my package. I submitted 2 tickets both of which were replied with unhelpful generic shipping information asking me to follow up with delivery companies and local post offices (this really shouldn't be my responsibility) . I called all of them and none had any info about my order. At this stage I just want a refund because I'm done with this runaround.

I love the styles they have... however an issue I see with ZAFUL is that their clothing sizes aren't very inclusive for all body sizes and shapes. Like sure they do have Plus Size options but they are far less in quantity compared to the options offered for those who are not. For example, I can hardly ever find any clothing that's in my sizes. I'm not even plus size and I struggle to find something that'll fit me :/ Maybe I'll just use ZAFUL as a source to inspire my intent to learn sewing lol🌻

ZAFUL always has the cutest swimwear for summer and it's so cheap! Even though the price is low, you can't tell because the quality of the items is so good! I've never had issues with items arriving on time or shipping, and the reviews in-app and sizing charts are always very helpful and true to size! Highly recommend ZAFUL!

I found the app itself can be a little slow at times, especially when you're trying to get ahold of customer service, but the people who helped me were very efficient and solved my issues completely. I'm pleased with this app and I can't wait to get my bathing suits!

I absolutely love this app. Great quality clothing and the bathing suits make me feel super gorgeous. The material for all the items I have ordered is definitely not a cheap feel. Also received my orders in time
