this is easily the most unreliable, unpredictable, most poorly designed and maintained app i have. the worst part is that I'm required to use it for work. if there is anyone paying any attention at all, you guys need to drop whatever you're doing and fix this horrible app ASAP.

Shuts me out every other day and can never get back in. Also doesn't give
me a decimal option for labor time

I wish they would go back to the old app. You have to sign in every time the app shuts down, just because it wanted to. Then if it happens too fast it locks you out for an hour. It constantly loses information entered and pictures. When I get done with my day of many service calls, I have to get on the pc and make sure all the info got in there. The time is always 5 hours ahead. Half the time it doesn't recognize I'm on site. It is a terrible program and utterly useless.
