Disgusting app just like sarkari babu's, with no followups on complaints options or replies. The developers and leadership was so dumb that they didn't even consider to provide an option of followup and feedback.

Very useless app. I complained regarding over charging of meal, pathetic linen and dirty wash room in 12217 exp on 12 Nov 18. Lot of disturbance during night. Unauthorised people boarded train. No response ,Nothing happen. Just to make fool to people.
