This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Xero Verify on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Never send the email even you provide different email adresses. Made me waste 1 hour. This app is meant to be used for business.... I will send them my invoice. When they ask questions, they don't accept answers that are too short even if it is the right one;.... Make sure your app is working before launching it and avoid not givin access to your users (who are paying!) because it doesn' work. I forgot to say that it is written Support 24/7 but no one replied to my online requests.............I made many just to make sure they see me.

Doesn't work. First thing it did was fail. Wasted my time. I scanned the QR code as suggested and it failed, then the app just counted down numbers and I had no option to scan again or use a login code. This app was released before it was tested, clearly, and besmirches Xero's reputation.

Aarggghhhh!!! Wont allow code to verify...have tried 20 times, have re scanned the app...no go. Can't get any help, it just takes me back to the log in screen and then to "multi factor auth" then wants me to go thru it all again...to no avail. FRUSTRATING thanks Xero seriously considering ditching you

After reading the reviews, I would never have used this app. But as I had no choice, I did. Followed the directions and everything worked well. No problems setting it up and it was easy. Obviously there have been problems that have been fixed. Thank you team Xero, we'll done :)

Appallingly slow. It takes far too long for the notification to be received, and it is then not accepted. The delay forces me to use the 6 digit code, which defeats the claimed benefit of the Verify app. Given this it might be preferable to use one of the generic solutions such as Authy or Microsoft.

Irritating app, slow to download, temperamental to work, annoyed at being forced to download another app on my phone. The error messages hint that it might be your own fault but if it works after the 5th attempt and there was no user set up involved then clearly not!
