Oh God where to start. Way too expensive for the basic abilities of this app. Useless for a GC and major remodels.

Used to love it. Was gonna start using it again and noticed their price doubled! Didn't mind paying $25/month, but no way I'm paying more than that. There's better priced apps out there. Sadly, I'll be using one of them instead

Once you learn the nuances it's a cool app.. once you complete the proposal the proposal does not assist in the walkthrough with the client.. Absolutely zero assistance on this app. Took me a few weeks to figure out how to edit each line item to accommodate the itemized areas. Basically I spend $25 a month to put something on paper and to get an idea of the local rates. A little too plain, does not give you any way to customize.

I would've given 5 stars because we really liked the program. We usually use the website. Up until about 1.5 weeks ago it was working great. It started loading really slow & would have to refresh several times to get the program to load. Then when trying to add a line item we would get a spinner that would last minutes on end & eventually get an error message that prices couldn't be located & to check our internet connection. Our business relies on these estimates. Looking for new program.

Didn't like the app to begin with and chose not to use it. Beware, once they get a hold of your billing info, they will wash their hands of helping you. They hung up on me when I asked the billing office to look into it. They "don't have that information". Basically just a scam outfit. The app sucks. Impossible to edit entries to customize it to your own needs. You can't build your own entries. It took me two hours to try and build an estimate before I just gave up and did it in Word.

So far I really like the app. It adds so many features that actually do speed up the process. So many others claim their apps will save you time but in reality they take more time to use because of the drawn out and over complicated input methods. I do wish to see a geo locating feature added so when you are the the home the GPS can add all the address details for you and a feature to add pictures in the job notes section. Some of the features in the prm program would be very useful here too.
