Sometimes punching in or out will not register, management tries to fix it but fails to adjust. I dont get paid for entire days of work because of this app

This program is amazing! We have been using it now for about 2 months. It has already paid for itself with the amount of time I've eliminated using multiple other apps. It is very user friendly and anytime I have had questions, Steve has been very responsive to get me taken care of.

I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps). Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is. Needless to say, I will be switching back as soon as we get to winter & our schedule slows down enough for me to learn how to use it. Customer factor is way better priced than the others, and they are very helpful if you actually reach out to them for assistance. I would highly recommend this app for small service businesses!

Before starting my business 3 years ago, my biggest concern/fear was paperwork, computer work and invoicing. This app was the answer for me. Any issues you may have, the owner/developer will take time out of his day to walk u through it. Most of my issues were what my kids call I-D-1-O-T errors, lol. I'm old fashioned and computers terrify me, but this app made me look good!! My business has grown 60 percent in three years because this app frees me up to work in the field!
