On Android there are a few issues. First it will not remember login information, on IOS it does, with face ID and the other options it has. On Android you can set up the thumb print, eye and face, it won't take it. It always challenges the device, even when you have checked do not challenge again. The app gets stuck from time to time, depending on what you are doing. The app is good for quick things, but the log in part needs work.

It's really basic and kinda serves me no purpose because the essential elements of Workday are still restricted to the website itself, and not the mobile application. It is quick, there's no lag and logging in is a breeze, so the foundation is there... Just not the content. For reference, I work in the pharmacy as a technician. Changing my availability hours for example... Can only be done through the actual website. Why?

Really sad that my company switched from ADP to Workday. The online interface sucks too, but I can't even use the app anymore. They send you a verification code EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN, and now it takes literally 4 hours to receive the code - and obviously by that time, the code is expired and you forgot you were even trying to log in at all. Just use your browser to manage your account - it's slightly less horrific.

Why do you have in app notifications but don't take the time to push the notifications to Android or Apple notifications. Garbage notication system. That's like app 101 do you guys operate in a prehistoric time period? Also fix your error when you try to tap on things to open it in the enter time menu. It always tells you it can't process the request and forces you to restart the app 95% of the time. Terrible app. PAY THE MONEY... BUILD A GOOD APP! simple.

This app is awful, it doesn't work properly. After clocking in and double checking that I've clocked in by the end of my shift most nights its said that I've already clocked out even though I never did(good wifi connection and latest updates). The app has lost hundreds of hours of work so I have to contact my manager to try and get them back. Also they have scheduled maintenance that they don't warn you about on a regular basis that prevent you from being able to use the app.

Omg I wish I could leave 0 stars...this app is dumb af and frustrating. Never works, and is the lazy person's way of training. That's the problem with companies and leadership ( if you can call th that) these days, they are too lazy and self involved to have any actual interest or hands on training for employees anymore. Just sad and pathetic.
