既に指摘されている事ですが、選択肢の中にテスト対象の語源が含まれている物が一つしかないため、問われる物があくまでも語源だけになってしまってます。 勿論それでも一貫性があって良いですが、同じ語源の英単語をすべて表示し、日本語を当てはめていく様なものが有れば更に良いと思います！ いまのままでも楽しいアプリなので、これからも使っていこうとおもいます！

英検準一級の単語を覚えるのに嫌気が差していて、何か違う方法で攻めようと思っていたところ偶然こちらを見つけました。良いと思ったところが3つ。①オフラインで使える：飛行機をよく使うので非常にありがたいです。飛行機を使わないときでも、充電を節約したいときにインターネット接続を切って使っています。遠くに出掛けているとき、予備の充電器を持っていないときに非常に助かっています。②「連想」がありがたい：語源から意味を想像するまでの過程が示されているものもあり、非常に役立ちます。③単語検索機能を辞書代わりに使える：ひとつ調べると、前後に同じ語源のものが並んでいるのでまとめて覚えられる。悪いところは、検索に引っ掛からない単語があること。おそらく、語源で攻めるのが難しい単語だろうと思い諦めています。漢字でも、部首で意味を推測するには限りがありますので。

他のアプリではあまり見られない語源という面白い観点でまとめられたアプリです。語源から単語の構造を解説し、意味の連想や発音を記載するなど情報が豊富です。また、単語登録機能なども便利だと思いました。 一方で、テストは語源のグループ毎ですので分からなくても字面から予測できてしまいテストになりません。また、効果音やアニメーションがなく、長時間操作する集中力が保てません。テストでの単語表示もなぜか全て大文字であり(解説は小文字です)、知っている単語でも瞬時に理解するのは難しいと思います(実用にも適しません)。 テストはむしろ英単語を表示して発音を流し、同じ語源グループ内の単語の意味を混ぜて提示したほうが学習効果が高いように思います。 単語学習の観点では残念ですが、データ自体はかなり価値が高いと思いますので、その利用方法により磨きをかければ素晴らしいアプリになると思います。
