Great experience There was some confusion how to log into the app at first. You need Jetpack activated on your site. If you have shop managers, they must log in to your site, click on Jetpack and then connect their accounts to Jetpack. This detail wasn't written anywhere in documentation but a support fellow helped me. The rest of the experience is nice. However, I wish you could sort by product category and not only A-Z or date...

Clearly laid out app but I wish it worked more consistently. I have been using the app for over a year and it continues to be unreliable. Orders don't always load, sometimes it allows me to update stock from the app, other times it won't. Even notifications when I have made a sale are unreliable. It's a shame because it's so much easier to use than having to update the website on my pc. Hopefully it will improve.

It was working well and then it broke. First you guys changed the access only limited to shop managers and admins and then now disconnected all the shop managers as well. Great! Just great! Now I cannot connect my woocommerce. It says my site is not a woocommerce store. What a joke! I am on a premium package of jetpack and this is the service I get. Please fix it.

The problem with this app is the way it connects my store to WC, why should I install a very complicated plugin (Jetpack) just to be able to use WC app? Why not use rest api? Jetpack is famous for slowing down wordpress website by 10+ seconds! I tried it myself and my checkout page with Jetpack installed slowed down by 18 seconds.

Great app, however please when adding a product.. variable product is missing. I can edit a variable product created on desktop but can't add a new variable product. This would be the icing on the cake.
