Overall working for wolt has been a very positive experience so far for me, besides the two changes to payments lately which overall got decreased a bit. BUT THIS APP OH MY GOD! It gets insanely slow and it freezes sometimes. You can't click on anything. It reacts with a huge delay etc. Feels like it's getting worse and worse with every update too.

Overall OK. But not great. Order timing is once right, once wrong. Sometimes i see that I'm somehow already late 10 minutes, other times im 5 mins early. I NEVER use the builtin map for navigation - it has never worked correctly and never correctly displayed my and the restaurant's location. The distance tracking somehow suddenly broke a few weeks ago. Sometimes but VERY rarely a button to f.e. check items disappears. Never had any issues with lagginess or anything else. The UI is clean.

buggy, quality of life fixes are not implemented for years. Laggy. Orders disappear after accepting. constant reinstall, restarting of app and phone. Lately navigation and location tracking issues. Shows im driving through meadows and lakes. Cant pickup or deliver order cuz location is incorrect according to app althogh im standing at door or roestaurant. Wolt decreaseed courier salary and increased fees for restaurants. If you are far, wolt gives you order after 20min when food is cold.

Doordash need to know that their payment for couriers is very bad. Finland is not USA and couriers don't get tips. Improve your payment

Working for wolt and this app has been a boomer recently. You see the area is busy but you're getting no orders. Then you start roaming closer to shops like have to be real close to them and you get orders. Which is contrary on how it should work because half of the payment has been allocated for driving to the shops. Sometimes an order lays there for 20 minutes and await a rider to get real close. Meaning wolt team care for neither rider and customer.
