I have 8,000 subscribers who request to be notified when we restock certain products but this program won't allow to notify that number of people. If I do a few at a time (even if its 1,000) I dont even know which ones I've already sent to so I have to always start from the top of the list each time. And i'm paying to be able to notify my subscribers. And im tired of writing emails to "support" that never get a reply. Thanks for nothing so far!

After paying another 12 months Premium access to WIX to host our site we decided to examine the WIX 'Shout Out' app. The app is not mature enough to be truly useful. The app needs to be able to permit customers to be able move, add and remove elements of each newsletter/publication/"Shout Out". The mobile app could be developed into a really useful app for busy people.

The thing worked for a while but started crashing about 2 months ago. Customer service never has called me back, even after I tried again last week.

This stinks! The application crashes every time I try to post a "Shout Out". This could be such a useful tool! Hoping that the developers look into the issue. The app is useless it crashes when click "Add Shout Out" and the "+" button.

Basically useless when trying to send an email draft that you or another team member has created on desktop. Desktop edited emails just sit on the app as a preview and you can't edit them further or even send them. So irritating when one person makes the email then another needs to check and send from a mobile device. Fix this please?

I will give 5 stars for adding a offline working environment in application. 1. I would like to work on the posts offline and savs them as draft for posting later. 2. I cant view previous orders without internet and wix team your application is slow. Please add offline data for previous orders. 3. Please Please make it faster
