If it's supposed to crash when checking internet status, it's working great. Every time I attempt to check my internet status the app crashes. Stability is trash, support section is useless, I bet their billing section works. Update: internet is out in the whole house, but it's all good since the app says the router is connected to the internet with no connectivity issues. The red light on the router says different. They decided to increase my bill by $20, for their great product of course.

I haven't been able to access my information on my account, view or pay my bill, or do anything on the app for the last month. The app literally says I don't have service with Windstream yet I obviously do. I contacted someone at customer service and they told me that the issue was on their end and it should be resolved within a week, this was almost a full month ago. At this point I think I should just switch ISPs because Windstream obviously has no clue what they're doing. Deserves zero stars.

Their internet service and app started out working great. On the app, there is an option to view your network, it's no longer accurate. It shows my cell connected all the time, even while I'm away. I can no longer edit network info via the app or turn wifi on/off, clearing the cache, and reinstalling does nada. The service quality has become horrible, I'm considering turning it off. The internet is up and down constantly, and power cycles, reboots, or resets do nothing to fix it.

So latest update has a bug. When I try to open internet status. It shuts down, and the message indicates there is a bug. It appears that all the other functions are working properly. So, the update allows me to open the internet staues. The page loads ok, but none of the features work now. Every time you select a feature, it shuts down with error message

Email app has been super buggy for the last week or two. I get error messages when logging on and finally get into my email by hitting back button a couple times. Then can only read; can't respond, sending just makes it go into an endless limbo. I emailed support and got a condescending reply inferring the issue was on my end. The app had been working fine until a week or so ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no joy. All my other apps work fine. It's not on my end, Windstream!

Pretty convenient for making payments. Tech support is a bit challenging w Kinetic Windstream. Although hardware support is very good, tech support for help with software settings and such seems like it is a different organization. I have contacted them twice for help resolving network connection issues. Both times they were somewhat rude and seemed to not understand the issue. To end on a good note...when it comes to hardware service, they are top notch.
