App is ok, would like to be able to turn off the speed monitor, but other than that no complaint. My dealership set up the account and KARR S.W.A.T. emailed me my account info so everything went smoothly in my opinion. Thanks

This app does nothing.....it wont even pull my car up on the map...makes me wonder what I'm paying for and will it even work if my car needs to be located.......update No response from anyone even though I have sent multiple emails. Conclusion.... it still sucks, I wonder if I can downgrade to half a star.

I haven't been able to properly view my vehicle at all on this app. When requesting the position of my vehicle there is no communication and it says its been 6 days since the vehicle was last seen. Why do i pay the money for an alarm system that cant even locate my vehicle in DAYS! Smh i feel jipped.
