I just bought my car, I haf the alarm turned off and then after hearing all the things I can do I added it. HUGE MISTAKE! I couldn't get it to connect at all,so I drove back to the dealer. They didn't know and had me call the number. While on the phone it connected. We hung up and it was gone. I have a Samsung S21 Ultra, it will not connect at all! My Note 10 connects sometimes, but honestly this app is crazy and they should be giving it away for free because it it not worth anything!

This app sucks. Paid all this money to see a blue dot move around on Google maps, wow that is some ground breaking stuff there. The guy who came to my house to activate it in my Jeep wasn't much help either. Update 11/9/20, had the system removed at the Jeep dealership. Solved issues with horn beeps while alarm is activated or deactivated. Now it's back to normal using the settings menu in the stereo.

Literally can't be more than 2 feet away from the car. Half the time won't even connect or take too long. Only shows last connected place, whats the point if the car gets stolen then, bc it doesn't show where it is then. The dealer made it sound so amazing. Wish I hadn't paid for this. Biggest scam ever. Paid over $1000 for it

Seems to work about the same as the previous version. One thing I noticed is different. The previous version would pair the device with your phone and stay paired. This new version seems to pair and unpair with the phone everytime you use the app.

Horrible in the way it responds. Several times got stuck over 40 minutes not able to drive for to the lock malfunction.

During my vehicle purchase. Finance department described the ability and security features like in a fairytale. I made the purchase. All ive ben abel to take advantage of is nothing on the app. The app has crashed on my smartphone 10 times in on my first month. Its nothing but headaches. Wish the dealer itself could be more straight forward on describing the defects it has. I was told personally by deactivating the alarm system and low jack. Main reason why i gave in. Shame on the dealership.
