App is not stable, keeps going back to home screen while on the lists page. Even in lists page, focus moves to the top instead of staying near the last visited item. When I try to view an item from Google search results, the Wayfair app is opened but the item is never shown and so have to manually search for it which is annoying. Support team should test the app before releasing to the customers...

unfortunately, I had many issues with the app. it glitches when processing the order with afterpay. the screen stays processing for several minutes, and eventually, the order does not go through. However , they do charge my card, and then I spend a lot of time with the customer service chat option. One of the times they actually left me waiting for a while without a response. I am not sure if I will keep ordering from this company after the issues I've had recently.

This app honestly just sucks so bad. It's laggy, when you search for something it gives you something completely off even if you use filters. Anytime you see an ad anywhere with a link to an item and click on it it just takes you to the homepage. Now anytime I try to use the name to search for said item I saw in an advertisement it just keeps going in circles. I want to spend my money with you folks and trying to use your app makes me give up after a few minutes

Sometimes, well plenty of times when I was planning on placing an order for several items, the wayfair app stops completely and the thing is I prefer to have it done quicker than ever because I have trouble with my making my mind up, but if I chose to go to order and I will be glad in the choices I have made and will be looking forward to finishing up and get no where when the website is constantly crashing down. This is the only complaint I had with it and why it's been so long since I ordered

App is completely nonfunctional since the latest sale. Every time I go to the app - whether opening it directly or clicking on a sponsored ad - it brings me to the Holiday Sale splash page, and won't let me navigate away. Every link on other tabs brings me back to the Sale tab, and every search does as well. I understand wanting to promote the sale but it makes the app literally unusable for anything else aside from browsing the same sales advertised before, none of which are the items I need.

App has basically become non functioning. Constantly buggy. No pictures loading, and if you try to swipe on one of those little suggested items slideshows below the item, it immediately jerks you back to the top of the page. Clicking on an outside link rarely takes you to the actual item, just the homepage. Seems like from other reviews this has been happening for a while. Get it together, y'all!
