Frustrated at the lack of result with reported issues and concerns. Even with serious issues. The app has gotten a lot better but still large gaps of time with no offers. When I first started delivering, it seemed like there was a steady stream of orders and tips were great! I just keep wondering what has changed to cause such a large decrease in offers.

Frustrating app to use. App with have Glitches and than you call for help and they just cancel your order. Support is no help and most don't speak or understand English. You need up relating yourself more than you should. They don't allow you to be late at all, if you are late (even if the order just popped up or still not ready) they won't pay you wait time. If you cancel a order after waiting for 30 or more they only pay you 2.50 and you just wasted on that time.

Its a great idea but sometimes it is too good to be true. I haven't experienced being shut out from receiving orders entirely like others have described after working for. A month or two. However, over Memorial weekend they had a great bonus opportunity but there was no bo possible way I could have achieved it. Every time I got notified for an order it would be gone; Someone else would either get it first or worse I would click it and think i had accepted it only for it to not be there for me.

App is great but the position is lame. Hardly profitable to do their deliveries and they act like they've done a favor to let you keep the tips..... wait what tips??? Exactly, no one tips and most have no clue that we rely on tips to live. Logistics are improving and now you don't have to wait for the person to leave the items. Probably be better just working at the store, at least you would get minimum wage. Definitely get Uber eats, this makes it appear to be a goldmine.

When it works it's awesome but when it doesn't.. you won't be happy. If you do too good the app finds a way to drop your ratings. This is fixed. I accept 100% of everything even when I shouldn't due to safety reasons. Yet the acceptance still continues to drop as if I wasn't accepting. So beware, don't expect your Metrics to be accurate. Why does that matter? The lower your acceptance the less trips you receive.

The first day I gave this a try I was receiving a decent amount of offers. The next day I was noticing a huge drop in offers and realized my acceptance rate was at 33%. Over the next week it has now dropped to 21%. I found out if you choose not to accept offers that are not first come you get penalized and will end up receiving less offers and your acceptance rate will go down. Seems flawed that you are told you can decide if you want to take the offer or not.
