Could be Improved. As an employee who only does breakdown assistance it Is really helpful, but it can be better if you can access the case notes and attachments directly through the app. Sometimes it crashes and logs you out at random which is annoying. Would also be great if you can open cases through your mobile device and not through service.

Too many bugs, cannot upload images, vehicle location needs to have a dropped pin that allows for maps to open automatically so navigation is easier to get to vehicle on time.

been using app for a few months nkw and its getting very frustrating! app keeps crashing and stays on loading screen app never remembers password app has now stopped saving write ups and I have to do them at least twice before they save once write ups have been submitted they cant be changed in case of an error thought this was meant to make things easier? at the moment it's just making the process harder when your out on the road you just want yo.getbthe job done not waste time with this

Terrible app, can never get on it as it says incorrect user or password which is the same details as used daily on Fusion, Dealerportal and Techtool!
