It would be great if there existed a tutorial on the new feature for Androids. I'm talking about the manual submission. Often, the report on my device doesn't sync and send online, and therefore doesn't get to the pet parents. If I watch the app and let it stay open for a few moments, that seems to guarantee that the report will send, but I don't always remember to do that. Please fix or provide tutorial. Also, it would be very useful if when one selects the owner's telephone number, if there were an option to text or call, or even if it would just open the number in a designated phone app. Thanks.

UPDATE 4/2/19: If I didnt need this app, it would would deleted from my phone PERMANENTLY. It still crashes constantly! And today I cant take any pictures! And the only ""help"" i recieved from "customer service" was being told to "turn on the camera app permisson" WHEN THE APP DOESNT EVEN ASK FOR CAMERA PERMISSION! It only asks for Storage, Phone, & Location! Super annoying to have to send pictures to EVERY SINGLE CLIENT SEPERATELY. Please fix this app ENTIRELY before I lose my mind!

The Android version is clearly an afterthought, and appears to be developed and maintained by someone who lied on their resume and is in too deep to back out. This app is worse and worse with each update. Yesterday it kept erasing my walks after I'd finish, so I was forced to screen cap the summary page and send it to my boss so I can still work. Garbage app, garbage support. The devs should be ashamed of them selves for allowing this app to reach such a point of disrepair. Zero Stars.

This application hasn't been working and keeps crashing every day for the past 9 days. With no help when asking " Pet Check" for help. I have never been contanted. When i asked for help all i was told to do was reinstall the app. Where all my customers can only see the photos from there walks. No walk info, pee or poop info. This app is not worth wasting your money. 0 out 10 stars

OK when it works. Has continuing problems working when there's no data connection. I suppose one day the developer will work out how to make it properly. For the moment if it's locked up on you switch off cell data and wifi and it will eventually unfreeze. I have cause to do this everytime I use this app.

This app started out great when i had an iphone. but when i got an android all ive run into is problems. had to download a seperate barcode scanner app. The app works for a day or 2 when i update it and uninstall/reinstall but after that it constantly crashes when i scan in/out of visits and i find myself getting incredibly fed up. Especially when clients are not getting updates. Not worth the $50.00 a month
