Installed it, then it won't open. Uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Still, it goes to a login page for like half a second and then goes out of the app completely. Would love to rate it, but I can't if there is nothing to rate. Your website doesn't work either. Your technicians have been working on the problem since BEFORE lockdown.

11/06/2020 Have updated the app with todays release of bug fixes, it is still not working. This app was working until 2 weeks ago. The app opens, tries to refresh and then closes. My husband is getting the same problem on his device. Its not a issue regarding space on our device, as my husband has alot of space and memory available everytime he tries and open the app. Please advise.

This APP is not functional, it is useless. You can't do anything on it. Nothing!!! Keeps on telling me I have changed initial password, hence I can't access certain functionalities. Waste of time if you are looking for an APP to manage your fibre. It deserves -10 rating. BAD, BAD, BAD. Please merge it if my vodacom app.

Despite the fact that i have contacted the developer and sent several screenshots related to the app crashing i have received no reply. I am using the Mate 20 pro Android version 10 this app worked a week ago and now does not even open, once cliked on it opens for a second then closes. I cannot go into the app to track or do anything. Please resolve these glitches

I have problems with this app since last week. When i open it it doesn't even open. I have un installed it and re-installed it a few times and restarted my phone a few times. Please fix this bug or what ever is wrong!!!!!! I can't track my fibre.

Useless app! It crashes every time I try and open it. Why can you not develop a stable and accurate app? It has only just started giving me more accurate monthly usage totals and now it crashes and I can't even open it. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but has not helped.
