stupid app. i can not login when using a new sim. there are not any option to change the sim number. i have to uninstall then reinstall.

You give 10 seconds for an OTP, that takes 3 seconds to get, while blocking the accept button its like flappy bird and IMPOSSIBlE to do thats the most crazy thing ive seen in app not many must be signing up on a phone for sure. Yes its the OTP, you have a limit of 10 seconds from you send it to it expires, its impossible to manually get, read, fillin - and not standard, set it to 30 seconds which is the minimum standard.

Bad user interface, very bad display info and extremely slow loading functions when using the app. Crashed when open or switching to VNP Plus is the least you can expected. Can't believe they can't even make a proper app after that many years.

Since the latest update English language is gone! There is still the icon in settings but it doesn't do anything. App continues to stay in Vietnamese. Not all your customers are able to understand Vietnamese so please bring the Englisch language back. Fortunately I still had a backup and reverted back to version 3.0.31 UPDATE: nearly 2 months later and problem is still not solved UPDATE 2: finally English is back. Change from 1 star to 4 star

Worst experience ever. My main account still have money and is available to September, plus I'm pretty sure that I still have 3G/4G data left. But the app keeps saying that my SIM card is not available, to be more specific, it said that my SIM card is out of date. And it even shown that I have none 3G/4G data left. Although I fid try to log out then log in again, even re-installed the app, but it still said those thing. Make me considered of changing another mobile network line.
