If I could rate this app 2.5 starts, I would. Even if you have Wifi enabled AND other apps successfully locate your device, it's still 50/50 if this one will. Calling to describe the issues is generally pointless, as all we get is a voicemail with no feedback when we do call (Healthstar, not UHC, for clarification), and updates are few and far between. With a limited check in window and no one who wants to pay for the additional time it takes to navigate this app, we need support in real time.
