_Applied on March 03, 2021. _Received my Passport on April 2, 2021. The total processing time takes exactly #30 days. **Also, the USPS mailing system was very slow and it take 7 days to delivered it. That is why it takes a month

The app is great however the service is unreliable. I expected to get my passport within two weeks of applying and was even okay with paying the higher amount. On my first application I had to call them several times til they told me my application was denied because the price for a 64 page passport on the app was not up-to-date (not my fault). My second application is pending and it has been more than a month.

Excellent service. I got my yellow card renewd with in 15 day. I was also getting a text every now and then with the progress. I love it. Its cost 100 dollars for the service littile pricey. I hope we can use it for other service beside passport and yellow card. Thanks ethiopian embassy.
