Don't like latest changes to UI. Maybe I'm being too critical, as a previous Systems Tester, but the layout isn't quite right. Too many functions on the same screen, much preferred the old layout/functionality. it looks like the Programme Guide has been removed, which I personally liked that feature. Will be using the TJC website from now on, won't stop me from buying from TJC! DISCOUNT CODES NIT WORKING ON APP!

Usually pretty good but while trying to order something on air it keeps saying out of stock while it shows a couple of hundred still in stock frustrating,didn't bother

This App, just doesn't work, wont allow, you to change items, reduce numbers if by accident you add one to many. But the App adds items you never wanted and wont allow you to get rid of them, by this time you have lost out on the items you really wanted to buy, so the company.and yourself are losing out. This has been discussed with more than one member of staff , who.promises to let there IT department to fix the issue. So until it is fixed there is no reason to use it as it's not fit for purpose.

Messages show in red so that it appears that there is something wrong with it and it has failed to send. You should have a notification telling customers that the message has sent/ not sent, as the case may be. Also, I have to clarify that the app does work as it should some of the time. I know because I have used it. The rest of the time it spends doing goodness knows what, whilst loading and politely requesting "please wait"!! Till you decide you've wasted quite enough time. App needs work!!

Keeps saying there's a problem, shows me things in my basket that I've already paid for, freezes up etc...not impressed. 29 Oct update - I updated and it still tells me there's something wrong and it crashed. Still not impressed at ALL. 1 December 2020 - still a rubbish app, doesn't load certificates, still says there's a problem. Worst app I've ever seen in my life.

This App needs tweaking, as not all areas work! Tried numerous times to view a Certificate for an item I've bought, filled in sign in details (again!) only to get a blank page! You go back a page only to get the sign in box! Not great! Feb 2022. Two years later, tried downloading TJC App yet again and still not working properly! Found the best way to get into a working TJC website, is by going via my browser! It's about time you sorted out your App once and for all, if you want higher ratings!
