Positives: The concept is great, 2 phone numbers on 1 phone. You do not have to have Verizon as your carrier. ( Spectrum is my carrier) You can move easily between the app and the phone. I have no problems with it's operation. Negatives: Can't really change ringtones , can't block annoying numbers, should be simpler to stop the ring on incoming calls. Overall it's much better than carrying 2 phones.

Lowered to negative one star. This solution is a cruel hoax. The desk device, desktop app, and cell app don't cooperate. The desk app texting feature wont render the text so you can't read before you reply. The names don't sync between mobile, desktop, and desk phone so you can't identify the people in text, call history, or wherever unless you manually copy everyone everywhere every time. Now contains persistent false notification, disabling it creates a perpetual warning. Use Google Voice.

This app has been VERY frustrating when trying to run a business. Some calls come in, some don't, and now I can't find a customers number that just called to get her in the schedule! I will probably be getting rid of the this app for something else, if these glitches aren't fixed soon!

Verizon has no problem charging up to thousands of dollars per month for a business plan but can't pay for enough programmers to get the bugs out? Feels like this app never gets updated. It's unfortunate because it could be really good. I blame Verizon, not the likely understaffed development team. Edit: months later all the same problems still exist. If you're a business owner, avoid One Talk as a VOIP solution.

I have had to call Verizon customer service about this app almost weekly, due to drop calls, unable to text or call out, receiving text messages hours or days later. Every time I call, the advise is the same, to just uninstall and reinstall. (And then reenter ALL my contacts) Each time I get a different person, who gives me their contact info in case I continue to have issues, though I have yet to have any of the reps who gave me their contact info return a single call or email.

My one talk is connected through my Verizon personal line. The service for my personal line is always good, with one talk it's awful. It breaks up, drops calls, hits "blank" spots... It's crazy. If I didn't have to have it, I wouldn't
