Used to be a good app. Not anymore. I bought a lot of items in the past few years. Unfortunately, now I have to double check every price, since often the prices are the same or even lower on the web. It's no longer convenient, considering that is necessary to pay additional shipping costs and wait more than a month for delivery (and works only in the country I registered). Still using the app in order to discover products, but than I purchase on other sites (like Amazon, Trekkinn, Waveinn etc).

I was a customer for over 10 years, but the platform has slowly degraded to a wholly untrustworthy scamming operation. The app is buggy, only offers basic functions. To check orders or contact help, you have to access the site from a desktop pc (not just desktop version on mobile). Good luck finding the right link, the UX is atrocious. Orders aren't delivered, or only partially, or wrong items, but they refuse to investigate or refund (if you can get them to reply at all!)

Vente privee has a very bad service on a good app. My experience is always negative when I shop online. It's either my ordered product does not match the description or the basket is emptied after I've been debited. It's either one problem or the other. You can't even make international calls yo their customer service centre in france. Delivery are charged per designer outlet even when orders are made once from the app unlike other online shopping apps. Too many issues.

I place already quite a lot of orders at the beginning. I realise that price are not always so good and sometimes more expensive so always double check before you buy + check the delivery - one month to save 10% is a joke. Travel packages are most of time sold out (of course, you idiot take the second best price!). Felt a bit cheated few times now and wasted a lot of time on double checking. App flow is great indeed.

Great platform, but the app is mediocre at best. Awkward user interaction and frequent bugs. I had a problem with one of my orders and it says I have to use the web page. Maybe spend less time on load-up animations and focus more on the core aspects of the app.

order not delivered, After 2 months still no refund, hardly getting a feedback/solution from customer support. Another order with missing product because of the supply chain/stock.management issue, after ~20 days still waiting to see the refund. Maybe it's time to find other app. :)
