Speeds are good but service is very unreliable. Internet keeps going off (for half a day) nearly 3 to 4 times a week. Customer service is utterly unresponsive and not bothered at all (I have snapshots and emails in case someone doubts my word). For someone who is working from home this ISP is not at all recommended. GWave need to provide stability and a better customer care platform to justify their price tags...

Most useless ISP. I recharged with 2000Rs. And the plan is not implemented in my account. I call customer care and they are not responding. I sent an email and they are not responding. Uteerly useless service provider. Do not go for thiese yypes of ISPs.

Guys dont waste your money here. This internet sucks from sides and the plans are very costly they need only money nothing else. Speed is not stable at all. evey week there is problem regarding fiber cut, than link in down half of the month is going without internet only. Very poor internet in goa.
