This version does not work as good as the previous one, unable to insert mail, only upload and then assign from PC, list of items does not show type of mail (package, letter, large envelope...), unable to charge pick up fees. Please fix or lets swap back to previous version. Thank you

This software is garbage. It simply doesn't work. Ipostal is so cheap they won't hire professionals to do the work. They charging customers but they refuse to provide them the right tools. This is ridiculous

Ok whats going on as a store provider I should be able to get into the app my employee has tge old version or we would be in trouble to insert mail

The look is better but everything relating to taking photos for mail insert needs to be reworked. In fact, reverting back to the old style would even be better because the shadow on the screen as well as the strange alignment make it very difficult to use. Also; the app is not allowing me to create or process pickup tasks
