It's a little buggy. I was using the desktop website until today when I tried to install the android app. I was able to sign in but then it asked me to input my phone number and it was supposed to send me a code but it didn't. So then I clicked on where it said to re-send me the code, and it wouldn't allow me to request another one. I ended up leaving it for a while. I guess it timed out. Then I tried again and this time it sent me the code. Once I said yes to the text and inputted the code, it hung. I suspected at this point that I could ignore the hang, and just open the app again, which worked. So now I'm in. These bugs need to be worked out asap, as you are now encouraging users to switch to the app. Otherwise you're going to annoy customers who aren't as tech savvy as I am.

I love this app WHEN IT WORKS. It makes it easy to see what I'm expecting and keep track of packages. That being said, it desperately needs an update. So many bugs just trying to get logged in. If it's not one thing it's another and you can't get logged in. When it does miraculously decide to let you in, it's great. But the chances of getting in are slim to none these days.

Glitchy install. Like others, I had issues with the text to confirm during setup. Fixed by going into settings, apps, selecting thr informed delivery app, and clearing the data. Setup went without a hitch after that. More convenient than having to keep logging on through the web. So, I'll give it 5 stars for the convenience, in spite of the hiccups during install.

I love this app!! Please do not discontinue it. I hate the usps mobile app. It just takes you to the website where I have to sign in each time.. what good is that to me?? I can just bookmark the page & sign-in without the app. From the reviews I've read on the other app (usps) - no one wants this app deleted! Stop proving us right about the government - always thinking they need to fix something that isn't broken!!

Great app. It lets me know what mail and packages I'm getting that day, before the mail even runs. It gives me peace of mind and helps stop mail theft. This app is really helpful for letting me know what mail to look for on that day. That way, since I know what's coming, it's easier for me to report mail theft when the mail it shows should be in my mailbox isn't there after the mail has been delivered later that day. Highly recommend. 5 stars all the way. Download now. Trust me. It's all good.

This is the best app ever! Where I live is a 9 person family , with lots of last names, and kids you don't always know if you got any mail, and if you did, where is it. You always know if you got mail and that helps a lot! For packages it is great too. Thanks informed delivery! K.Nelson May 2021
