Highly recommend this service and application for any orders abroad. Despite I'm a little bit lame about customs operation, the service itself provided me with lots of assistance in receiving my packages. Some might find this application odd, but once you receive any package or fill any customs declaration, you will find it quite handy, compared to other services with almost no assistance at all. The app works great, allowing me to find any information about my packages, including tax forms.

I have been using their services for ~ 6 years. It's mostly been a positive experience. There are very rare cases when something unexpected happens but usually it gets resolved in few days at most. The app itself is very useful as well. If I'm still here after 6 years of use, it definitely means something. Highly recommend!

Disgusting app, very glitchy, as all Georgians apps the company can't hire student UX specialist and tester. Support just not working. Bot is useless. And this is THE only company for packages from USA, there are no others like them. Use at your own risk.

Doesn't work at all! After a long registration process, I was shown an unhelpful error message telling me to try again. Multiple successive attempts failed as well. Useless app

service - 1 from 10 timeing - 0 from 10 price - way too much Responsibility - never responsible for anything, nothing is their problem. my advice: use another carrier or even the national post service, which btw is free and the timeing is almost the same.
