This mobile phone has lots of RAM and I'm not 20 feet from the router, but the app is a bit slow. However it does work.

Connectivity in this app is terrible. Every single time I use it upwork is "waiting for a connection." This app is designed to free up the time of busy people, yet my time ends up wasted because messages don't go through. Fire you're dev team and start over. Hell, find some new ones on fiverr.

I like the app. I think new messages could load faster, but otherwise it works good.

Glitchy, and difficult to reach Support. New messages appear as notifications, but do not refresh/show properly when inside the app, often taking days for the thread to be current. There is also no way to archive message threads, here or on the main browser interface. ======= Got asked again to rate the app; so will do. If I could go zero stars I would. No reason for it to behave with such a lag & uncertainty in the year 2021.
