App sucks. Won't let me sign in. Error message says my address doesn't match anything on file. I now have to pay my bill online, through the Website, and pay a "convenience fee" for doing so.

I just typed in all my customer data exactly as it appears on my billing to use this app. Notice appears stating "Error. Your info doesn't match our records". I repeated the process several times. WTH
