Giving review of Ubuy India- -Poor customer service, not transparent on the approximate custom charges applicable prior to booking the order. -Very high shipping/ handling charges.Got the product at double the MRP due to your high handling charges and custom duty (not letting the buyer know in advance the applicable customs duty before ordering). Could have purchased locally from many better online shopping apps. -No return policy in place for products. Never buy again from UBuy.

This is also one of the best online shopping app available on play store. 1. Competitive price tag 2. They are shipping with premium courier service like DHL which add additional expensive shipping cost and we dont have much options as like aliexpress does. 3. Duty tax and customs handling fee are also a kind of additional burden as we are importing the products from abroad. Iam using Amazon, Flipkart, Aliexpress and many other apps, I have ordered many things from UBUY. Thanks UBUY.

If there is a less than 1 star i would give it to this app and the team handling it. They don't have answer for any delayed shipment. Every person i am contacting have a different answer where is my order and when will it be delivered. Asked to talk to a supervisor the agent told me we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours......

Ordered a divider wall from this app and paid express shipping but the item arrived 3 weeks late. After a few weeks, it started falling down bcuz the set screws are loose. I asked to return the item but customer service agent told me i have to contact the merchant myself! Item was indeed low quality but costed a lot.

No 1 waste app ever because of no proper product description about shipping charges and customs duty tax charges and all about shipping of product... mainly why I am saying product cost 18500rs and shipping cost 1500rs for late delivery and customs duty tax charges 9700rs paid by customer only so now tell me how much for that total 20000rs and 9700rs total 30,000rs nearly for that india avilable now that product around 22 to 25k so don't waste time for this app my experience of this waste app...
