App is quality actually quite poor which is disappointing. Notifications have topped working on my phone all together now. Which is a main reason we went for the cctv. Can't find any help anywhere.

Watching video back on the app (either Live or Playback) has intermittent sound problems where it keeps cutting out. In addition, the record function is useless. I've had to resort to using the phone's native screen recorder to obtain footage. Neither of these issues are present in the iOS version of the app.

Network latency is a problem, even whilst viewing on a mobile device on WiFi. I've tried to set up an account but, because the email they send you with the authorisation code takes much longer than 5 minutes I can't authenticate.

Suddenly I lost every data on my app and I had more than 30 dvrs on my app. Now I have nothing and it was important for me. It is job. I am very disappointed and I will stop using that products..

With the latest updates you can no longer edit the IP address of a device you have already entered which is kind of annoying because if the address changes you have to completely reenter the device.
