Horrible.... always too few matches

I have an issue where I need to completely shut down and restart my Android after each time I use the carco application and submit a report. If I do not restart my phone, the icons for vehicle photos will not be there and I will not be able to take pictures of the vehicle. I have tried this with multiple different android devices, and the results are the same. However, the application works great on any iOS device. -- Please advise.

The data entry is tedious and will log you out as you're entering things.
Crappy low quality app for an important part of starting a new job

App works fine 85 percent of times. Only issue I have is when WiFi stays on it sometimes causes a submit failure!
