Med 3Växel har du företagets växel med dig i mobilen. Du kan enkelt koppla samtal och ändra inställningar från din smartphone.

Med Softphone i 3Växel-appen kan du också ringa och ta emot samtal via en Internet-koppling, t ex WiFi var som helst i världen. Du ringer till samma pris som om du var hemma i 3s mobilnät i Sverige. Ev kostnad för datauppkoppling kan tillkomma. Softphone är en tilläggstjänst i 3Växel.

I katalogen kan du söka och hitta alla kollegor i företaget samt externa och privata kontakter. Du ser om kollegorna är tillgängliga för samtal eller upptagna. Bl a ser du om kollegan just nu pratar i telefon. Från katalogen kan du enkelt ringa, koppla samtal, skicka SMS och e-post till kontakter.

Du kan koppla över ett samtal till en kollega genom att använda kopplafunktionen.
