I have an account but can't login....reset password for several time still can't login. It says "Invalid password and account ". Please fix this problem, i need to login to registered my property.

It's a decent app. The UI/UX is good, but what made me give it a 3-star review is simple: it's a TERA-lite, it's only useful for basic things, like changing room rates, room allotments, etc. We can't do full-fledge hotel managements (compared to the web version) using this app. No bulk room rate and allotment change features, no guest reviews, hotel data, etc. The two-factor authentication feature has been in beta for god knows how long. Check out other OTA apps, Traveloka. They're far better.

Would be nice if we can manage property pictures and read guest reviews from the app. So far it's too basic. Still a lot of rooms for improvement. Listen to our needs and make it better for the next update.

why my account is always log out by itself if i didn't open for 1 day? the notification is still show up even my account is loged out. it can't save my username password or what?

I can't log in from apps but I can from website. it says that my password is incorrect so I have to reset my password. but after I reset my password it's still incorrect.
