Using BlueStacks

Why do I have to enter my password THEN it goes to a second screen where I have to enter a pass code. I find that very frustrating..I want to be able to enter my password and be done!! ! ENTER ONCE AND DONE!! When I use the app to clock in..it still shows that I am not scheduled to work. It would be very helpful to be able to sync my work schedule to my calendar. So I will continue to use the other TSC app for my schedule..it's simple and easy to use!!

Like the idea of this app. When the bugs get worked out I am sure it will be very useful. The issue I am experiencing is with the sales goal. When I click to see it it looks like it's loading and then I get a black screen. If I press back it closes the app. The ability to log into The Country Mile is a nice convenience to give badges and see my own. Look forward to When all the options are working properly. Thanks TSC for working hard to make Life out here wonderful.

I would love to be able to access the app, everytime I log in it says "technical difficulties loading content". I've tried emailing the support email listed but it sends a email back saying I am not allowed to email this email as I'm not on their contact list. Please update the app so hopefully I can access it. I've reinstalled it multiple times.

Latest update seems to have corrected most if not all of my issues. Geolocation vastly improved and no endless timeout loops. I now use this much more. TM's that tried the earlier release really should give it another go.

This app has so many issues from log in issues to telling you your not schedulded to work. And my fav your not close enough to the store to log in,yet your sitting in the break room.All these issues are daily...I hate this app . Fix it i will change my grade.here it is new year 2024 and none of the mentioned bugs have been fixed my grade still stands. YOU CAN NOT TRUST IT! to even sign in to your shift.

I had trouble at first getting logged into the app, but once I was able to enabley finger print, I have had no issues and absolutely love it
