At first, I did have troubling logging in because I was using my student email address. After several attempts, I went to my school website to check for instructions. Instructions: After downloading ONEcard, log in using your nine-digit student number and the password (the password you use to log in with your school email). I got in so it worked.

It won't let me switch between CCID and Account when trying to log in. It's stuck on "account" and I only know my CCID. I've tried all sorts of things but I'm not sure what it's looking for when it just says "account". And it always scrolls weird so I can't click on what I want to.

Edit: finally got it to work, hopefully it stays working, but you would still be better off with a physical ID likely. It isnt working. I type in my ID and password for college and it says it is incorrect. It wont let me switch to my typical school login either as it freezes whenever I try that. Better off getting a card printed at college.

Doesn't even open. So many bugs to get fixed. Kindly fix them. Not working on iOS and android. So frustrated I don't want to give away a single star.

I got a new phone and tried logging in. I got a pop up message saying that the account is already assigned. No idea how to fix this problem.
