This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Total App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Welcome to the Total App: an intuitive, sophisticated and fun App for conducting Audits from Total, the Global Leaders in Market Research.

If you have been invited to use the Total App for conducting site audits, then simply download the App and enter the sign-in details provided by OnePoint Global (noreply@onepointglobal.com).

To download the Total App:

1. EITHER read the invitation email on your MOBILE phone and click on the link for your Android handset type. This will take you to the App store where you can download it.

2. OR read the email on your COMPUTER (laptop/PC/tablet) and download the App. Then connect your mobile phone to your (laptop/PC/tablet) in the usual way and synchronize, so that the App is made available on your mobile phone.

That’s it, you are now ready to sign in and trigger the Audit.
