Very poor after sales service not responding to queries

Ashame. Really promising app but is scammy as hidden charges arise so fast. Support even change website price list just to get more money from me. Also really upsells the expensive plan even though i make it very clear i want to try them out using the cheapest plan. Demo is bad. Lots of bugs. A lot of people really cant recommend this app to anyone especially the after sales report. Saved e the headache thanks to all the tremendously honest reviews. Most reviews on 5 stars are fabricated

The past week the app has been crashing every few minutes, saying there was a parsing issue. So far today the map is blank and I cant see where any of my drivers are. It only shows the icon for delivery address and driver. (But no way to see them on the map)

Their charges skyrocket very soon. Sales team will promise you everything but the managers won't deliver anything. Their managers are busier than the CEO of Google and Microsoft. They won't respond to the customers absolutely. Their products are decent but the experience of working with them will ruin everything. Stay away from this company, they don't value their customers and their developers and managers will ruin your business.
