When making UPI payment from the app the pay gets cleared from the bank but in the TANGEDCO mobile app it shows transaction failure. This is the 3rd time it's happening. Very poorly built app . I don't know where my money is now The officials at TNEB are not accepting the issue and are not even willing to check their statements for the payment confirmation Extremely frustrated

This app was working earlier before updating my os. After updating Android 14, the same app not opening. Tried to reinstall. I'm using IQOO Neo 7. When I open this app, automatically closing after 2 seconds. Please check and fix the bug ASAP.

With the new release facing login issue. Might be a bug with an application. Please take a look to resolve it ASAP. The previous version was good. Have a look at authenticating logic. If the user has already logged in with the previous version and data is available in the server, allow them with the used passcode, then ask for more details for your new table related info, which you are trying to authenticate through OTP or simply treat everyone has new user. FYI, my device is Samsung S22.

The the working fine till last update. After the last update when I try to pay the bill I am getting error "Invalid merchant details (ERRP004). " For all payment modes. Please rectify the issue.
