5 months and app still stays "your device is currently pending protection". Contacted T-Mobile support a few times about situation. They were not able to help, so referred me to local T-Mobile store. Well after going to 2 different stores and being a T-Mobile customer since June, I still have no answer as to why my device is currently pending protection! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Well 2 months later and PocketGeek somehow thinks my problem has been resolved!

Wow. The only thing that doesn't cause an error is displaying my coverage details, and that was actually easier to do through their website. Wow.

Worst app ever. Stuck on pending. won't even let me contact support. Totally useless. don't waste you time or storage space. Why would a company release an app that doesn't work. Maybe spyware?

2 months and app still shows "pending protection". Contacted store and support over a week ago. Still not fixed. The fact that others have reported this issue from 2018 is very concerning

This is useful only on the device that your on. I have several covered devices and have to access the other phones through themselves. With no computer I can't access the watches. The insurance itself and the handling of claims is definitely 5 star, and the app developer is aware and involved. I'm sure that soon multiple devices will be supported and I will happily be giving the fifth Star.

App is nice, customer is inefficient. as soon as I downloaded the app it was able to tell me the model of my phone, that I was with T-Mobile, and what my complete coverage was and my co-pays 👍. But..The nightmare starts when calling customer support to confirm claims. I was told that I had to reconfirm all my information again, email a full copy of my T-Mobile bill to them for claim approval! The App confirmed & retrieved aaaall the info, but you need it again...sounds like fraud.
